What have I learned from 100 #DailyUI challenges

I am a product manager. As a travel consultant, I develop travel products that have a positive impact on people’s lives. As we move into the digital age, we must relate our products to the users/consumers. It is fun to use my experience and creativity to solve real-world problems with viable designs while learning UI/UX Design. I want to develop practical solutions to meet the needs of users.

Dr Suess

DailyUI is an excellent opportunity to experiment and improve your UI/UX skills. I began this challenge in April 2022, when I decided to pursue a career in UX and product design. I’ve never worked in this field before. It used to take me three days to complete a single task. I used Figma to hone my UI design skills.

After finishing 30 designs, I became familiar with Figma’s features and components. I adjusted my working style. Instead of a task-by-task approach, I analysed the weekly five challenges. After that, I combined two to three challenges into a single design. I complete more designs for a greater purpose. I can create whatever I want. That inspires me!

As time passes, I no longer see the challenges as UI challenges. They are more than just design elements. I learned about user journeys and user needs. I’m still improving user interfaces to meet a particular need. The entire experience has been rewarding. I manage my time and projects better than before.
