The place was still buzzing like usual. One will be wondering why those diners aren&#8217;t at their workplace when it is after normal lunch hours!  Noise from the clatter of plates, crockery and voices of 60 or more diners filled the atmosphere. Welcome to Hong Kong!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#262626\">It&#8217;s so difficult to have a conversation, and yet many come here to do so. Four minutes sitting inside the restaurant was like having a meal at a live concert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#262626\"><strong><em><span style=\"color:#05709d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Yum Cha<\/span><\/em><\/strong> is part of the culture among Hong Kong community.  That culture has swept over to other part of the world as well.  In Malaysia, we also call our friends to go <em>yum cha<\/em> (a tea break). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#262626\">It&#8217;s totally different in Hong Kong!  <em><strong><span style=\"color:#05709d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Yum Cha<\/span><\/strong><\/em> not only means go for a tea, it also mean to meet up friends. We ordered sixteen stacks of <em>dim sum<\/em> and three plates of chicken rice.  There were only three of us! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#262626\"><strong>We did finish all the food on the table<\/strong>. Spent two hours in the restaurant chatting about recent developments and some insightful topics too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#262626\">Next time you are in Hong Kong, do experience the true meaning of <em>yum cha<\/em> with the locals.
